James serves as Head of Onshore Projects at FORAGEO, bringing over 13 years of experience in the energy sector. Throughout his career, he has held various engineering and senior management positions across construction, installation, and technical consultancy organizations supporting major energy and infrastructure developments.

He has extensive experience in both delivering and leading multidisciplinary teams providing Owner’s Engineer, independent technical advisory, due diligence, and project management services. His expertise covers the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, pre-FEED and FEED phases, development of technical specifications, tendering and contract negotiations, as well as design review and independent technical analysis.

At FORAGEO, he is responsible for leading onshore project execution, ensuring survey and engineering activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with international technical standards and client expectations.
